I was referred to Mandy by a friend, who gave me her cell phone number; I left her a message and she got back to me immediately. She asked good questions, met with me right away to look at the property and gave me great suggestions about what I should do with the house to list it. When we signed the papers to list the property, she explained everything very thoroughly, we had no unanswered questions at the end of that meeting. Unfortunately, I didn't get to spend much time with Mandy because our house sold the first day it was shown; we had a contract by the end of that day and everything went very smoothly, no issues with anything. Mandy recently listed my investment property on the Redlands near Tiara Rado golf course. After visiting the property, she made very valid suggestions on improvements that would be seen as beneficial to a Buyer and affect a more timely sale at the best possible price. She assisted by getting the property ready for marketing by arranging vendors to paint, re-carpet and clean after the tenants had vacated. There were some hurdles along the way, but Mandy navigated those issues with confidence and conviction. We are very happy with the job Mandy has done for us. She managed our expectations of selling in a softening market, with numbers and logic. Our property was listed and sold, at a fair price, within a 2 month period, which met our goals. Mandy was thorough, attentive and responsive to our questions and concerns. Her support team was great, beginning with her assistant, appointment scheduler and her preference in title/closing company. The computer app the agency used for scheduling and monitoring showings/appointments was really helpful to us as well. There wasn't too much "negotiation" required in our sale (at least that we were aware of!) but I have no doubt that Mandy would be as tenacious as needed if the situation requires.
